I use the pen tool in Photoshop to do it. There's tutorials on how to get the pen tool to work, but please don't hijack anymore threads like this.

Darrell, how quickly do you need this? I'm working on some league paints at the moment, but I should be able to get those done in a few days. I can look into this afterwards for you if you have the time.
