For those who use Paint Shop Pro, how do I get that "metallic button" effect that Dale Earnhardt Jr's using on his numbers this year?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Actually, I do have access to someone with Photoshop, so how would I replicate the effect?

Eventually Photoshop will be on my Christmas List this year :)

We recreated the pattern with gradients over circles, and put them on a grid that simulated Jr's style. then I went over them with a color overlay, and then a gradient over that to make it look metallic.
