Not sure where to post this since there really is not a category for mods / NR2003 add-ons so I'll post it here. Figured some may enjoy these add-ons that I've made but did not know of them.
Gen6 Car Shine Tweak
When I first got the Gen6 mod I noticed that on certain tracks (especially small night tracks like Bristol) the cars seem ultra reflective / washed out. Details on the gen6 were harder to see so I created a simple shiny.mip add-on that will reduce the specular attribute on the cars to make them look a bit more like the BR12 mod's shiny.mip was.
I also made my new shiny.mip file 1024x1024 resolution (like the BR12 one was) compared to the default 512x512 resolution that comes with gen6 mod. I'm not sure if the larger resolution makes it a ton better but I did it anyways.
I figured I'd share this with anyone else who may want it. Below is a comparison of the default vs. my new shiny.mip file:

Gen6 Car windshield transparency Tweak
Up next is the requested modification of the windshields to make them more transparent. This will basically take the default dark windshields and make them more see through and a little more realistic/similar to the BR12 mod's windshield transparency levels.
As an added bonus I have included all 4 in TGA format as well for all those who want to update / make their own render scenes. Simply switch out the current transparency files you use for your Gen6 mod render with these and enjoy more transparent windshields.

I also noticed a few other mip files I may recreate in the future like the scratch mips to try and make them look more realistic when damage is taken.
