decided to upload some of my previous camera packs here on BER. With several tracks being refreshed with new artwork over this year with the NASCAR console game release - I'll start with car related packs first (for now).

First one is a typical one for me - that being the Asphalt Sprint
www.youtube.com/watch?v=045yCi0JzAk

(trying to get the YouTube video to show up - I think the forum needs a update lol)

To install: place in the Documents/iRacing/cameras/ - then place in the specific car or track folder (you may have to create it - i.e. cars/sprint (or) tracks/daytona etc.). Then, start up a iRacing session - open the Camera Editor (CTRL-F12) and hit load car/track.

first of the track camera packs is uploaded - once again, a very expected track from me: Concord Speedway

Previously known as Concord Motorsports Park during the late 1990's and early 2000's - this was & will always be my home track. Sadly it is now a lost speedway - closing in 2019 as Copart bought the property (after a decade+ on the market). I've been around this track for a good chunk of my life & I raced at the back track from 2007 to 2013 - so I wanted to ensure that it was as-realistic as possible.

This camera pack includes the following presets:
SPEED Channel / ASA National Tour (2003)
SPEED Channel / USAR Pro Cup (2003)
Time Warner Cable | Leased Access Channel 7 / "Around The Track" (2004 - this covered all weekly races at CMP)
MVP / USAC (2006 - this is just one of the TWC cameras, very little references as the 2006 season review was only published on DVD & I've only seen the 2 promos/intros for it)
Spotters Stand - (This is in the actual location, which was in the turn 1 red bleachers. I used to sit a few rows below their location when I was a kid)

reference replay from a ISCA league race last year

C&R Racing ("New Generation" / Speedway chassis) Silver Crown camera pack has been uploaded

This is more of a minor edit - featuring the 2 onboard positions that The Outdoor Channel & USAC used for television coverage in 2006.

Roll Bar preset is the left side Roll Cage placement - while the Gyro preset was replaced for the right side Roll Bar placement (pictured). iRacing doesn't allow the car cameras to be re-named, so we are stuck with the existing names.

version 1 of the camera pack for Charlotte Legends Oval has been uploaded. This might be able to cross-over between the 2008 & 2018 versions of the track - but I haven't tried it yet. Unclear if this layout will be fully updated with the assumed NASCAR 25 refresh later this year or not too.

Presets include a mixture of broadcast TV / streaming, spectator PoV cam and teams (various PoV locations for crew members between the hot pit, turn 2 suites, paddock club and standing on photographers row in victory lane)

down the road: I will likely go back through this camera pack & add some additional presets over the previous years (Legends Million, late 90s + 2000's era Summer Shootout when it was on FOX Sports Net, WKA Karting Championships recap from mid 90's etc.) if I can find some more references - I have old tapes but the Million has disappeared from the internet.

Once again, tried making this as realistic as possible. I've raced at this track roughly 35 to 40 times IRL so I wanted to translate everything I could over from my own perspective with presets like teams, as well as including the typical SSO spectator PoV (like as seen in the RacingRulz videos on YouTube)
